For your convenience, Advanced Sleep Therapy is now offering a service for you to upload your SD card to us from a computer.
If your computer does not have a built-in SD card reader, you will need to buy a USB card reader (sold everywhere). SD card readers come in a variety of styles but they all work the same way. Most SD card readers cost less than $12 and are sold by Amazon, Wal Mart, Best Buy, etc. Below is a sample of what they may look like.
How to upload your SD card
- Remove the SD card from your CPAP machine.
- Place the SD card into the reader.
- The SD card will pop-up on your screen or you will have to navigate to it.
- Copy all the files from the SD card to the form (below) by dragging them over.
- Be sure the form is filled out properly and press “COMPLETED”. That’s all, someone from our medical team will contact you to go over your report.
